Taco Loaded Baked Potato

6 russet potatoes

3 chicken thighs

3 tbsp. taco seasoning

1 cup melted queso

1/3 cup chopped green onion

1/2 cup chopped bacon

1/2 cup salsa

1/2 cup chicken broth

In a crockpot put in your chicken thighs and chicken broth. Cook on low for six hours. Shred chicken. Add taco seasoning and evenly coat the shredded chicken. Cook the baked potatoes in a 450 degree oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until fork tender. Push open the potato and load it with chicken, bacon, melted queso, green onion, and salsa. Then enjoy!
