Brown Sugar Pecan Pie Bars
1 12oz. package Sweet Loren’s Sugar Cookies
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. gluten free flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. melted butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cup pecans
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a 9x9 grased glass pan push all the sugar cookie dough together to form a crust. Bake for 20 minutes.
While the crust is cooking, mix the filling in a bowl. Mix together the brown sugar, GF flour, baking soda, salt, melted butter, eggs, vanilla. Fold in the pecans.
Bake for 15 minutes. Let it cool completely. Cut and enjoy!
