Green and Red Chile Enchiladas

40 chicken taquitos

2 8 oz. cans green chile enchilada sauce

2 8 oz. cans red chile enchilada sauce

4 cups dairy free cheese

In individually sized tin foil pans place 4 taquitos. Cover with green or red sauce. Top the sauced taquitos with cheese all over. Repeat the process using up all the sauce, taquitos, and cheese. Label the tinfoil packages and place in the freezer until ready to eat. When you are ready cook, place in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until everything is warmed through.
