Jalapeño Popper Dip

10 slices bacon, cooked

1 8-oz. block cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup mayo

1/3 cup sour cream

1 tsp. garlic powder

2 jalapeños, seeds removed if desired, finely chopped, divided

1/2 cup green onion chopped

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella

1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

In a large bowl cream together your cream cheese, mayo, and sour cream. Add in the garlic powder and pepper. Diced up your bacon, jalapeño, and green onion. Add them to your cream cheese mixture and evenly incorporate. Measure out your cheddar and mozzarella. Dump it in the bowl and stir well. In a greased, oven safe dish, evenly spread your dip. Cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with chips or vegetables. YUM!
