Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
1/4 cup dairy free butter
1/2 cup of dairy free chocolate
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup GF all purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter and chocolate in small saucepan over low heat or in the microwave; remove from heat and cool slightly.
In large bowl, combine sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add chocolate mixture to egg mixture; mix until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add to egg mixture until just combined.
Allow mixture to cool for 10 minutes.
Form rounded tablespoons full of dough in 1 inch balls, roll in powdered sugar.
Place on baking sheets and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
Allow to cool and enjoy!
