Breakfast Tacos
6 eggs
4 slices of bacon, cooked
8 corn tortillas
1/4 cup cheese
1/2 cup guacamole
1/4 cup pickled onions
salt and pepper
Warm your tortillas on the stove or in a pan, cover with tin foil and set aside. Scramble eggs in a bowl and add some salt and pepper. Cook eggs in a pan, add the cheese halfway through. Set out all the tortillas, top with the cheesy eggs, bacon, guacamole, and pickled onions. Take a bite and enjoy!
