Beef Tenderloin Steaks

2 beef tenderloin steaks

Heat the coals on your grill. Let the steaks come to room temperature. Salt and pepper the steaks to your liking. Dump the coals all on one side of the grill so that there is a hot side and a cool side. Let the grate of the grill heat up for five minutes. Place the steaks on the hot side of the grill to get a good sear for 3 minutes. Flip the steak and repeat for 3 minutes on the other side. Move the steaks to the cool side of the grill and cook them with the cover on. Remove them when they have an internal temperature of 125 degrees. Let them rest for 10 minutes. Eat and enjoy!
