5 Ingredient Buffalo Chicken Roll Ups

2 Puff Pastries

2 cups rotisserie chicken

1/3 cup Frank’s Buffalo Sauce

1/2 cup cream cheese

2 tbsp. green onions

1 egg

water for egg wash

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. In a bowl mix the green onion, cream cheese, chicken, and buffalo sauce. Mix until well combined. Unroll the puff pastry and cut it in half length wise into two rectangles. Cut each rectangle diagonally into two triangles so you have 4 triangles altogether. Place a scoop of the chicken mixture along the large side of the triangle. Roll the puff pastry up with the filling to make it look like a cresecent roll. Repeat for all the puff pastry. Brush on an egg wash to all the roll ups. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the puff pastry is light brown and fully cooked through.
